These Terms apply to all clients, including dental laboratories, dental practices, dentists, and other licensed dental professionals (“Clients”).

2. About Our Services

Trout Dental Laboratory provides dental laboratory products and related professional services to licensed dental professionals and dental laboratories on a business-to-business basis.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fabrication of dental prosthetics and appliances

  • Case coordination, order processing, and revisions

  • Case-related communication and documentation

  • Account notifications, billing notices, and delivery updates

All services are provided in accordance with professional standards customary within the dental laboratory industry.

3. Client Eligibility

Our services are intended exclusively for:

  • Licensed dental professionals

  • Dental practices

  • Dental laboratories

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to order dental laboratory services and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

4. Communications & SMS Messaging

By providing your contact information, including a phone number or mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and informational communications from Trout Dental Laboratory, which may include:

  • Order confirmations and status updates

  • Case questions or revision requests

  • Delivery notifications

  • Billing or account alerts

  • Security or verification messages

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information listed below.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely case information

  • Submit clear impressions, scans, prescriptions, and instructions

  • Review and approve cases promptly when required

  • Comply with applicable dental and professional regulations

Trout Dental Laboratory is not responsible for errors, delays, or remakes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, documentation, and processes created or provided by Trout Dental Laboratory are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any materials without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide reliable and timely services; however, service availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including supply chain issues, technology failures, or carrier disruptions.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trout Dental Laboratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Required payments are not made

  • Continued service would violate law or regulation

Termination does not relieve the Client of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
